Join us for a slower Sunday evening practice centered around the art of surrender, letting go of the need to control, fix, or figure everything out, and creating space to simply be.
We’ll begin with a grounding flow to connect breath and movement, transition into a restorative series using bolsters and supported postures, and close with a guided meditation designed to invite stillness and release.
Inspired by Yoga Sutra 2.45, īśvara praṇidhāna, often translated as surrender to a higher power, this practice reminds us that surrender isn’t about giving up. It’s about releasing our grip on what we cannot control and trusting that we don’t have to carry everything alone.
Class is limited to 16 students to create an intimate, spacious experience. Bring a blanket or cozy sweater to settle in comfortably for the guided meditation.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, softer, and more at ease
