Yoga

Unique combo of vinyasa, strength training and cardio bursts. Flow through rounds of yoga poses while incorporating light weights with high reps (burn baby). Weights are optional but, they increase lean muscle mass and flexibility.

 
 

Pilates Sculpt

A pilates-based resistance class with a focus on full body sculpting through a variety of exercises and weight work. The class is low impact and works to deepen core strength, flexibility, and tone.

A total body, low impact workout with a focus on building core strength. A variety of equipment will be used to tone the upper and lower body and improve functional strength to increase mobility and stability.

YOGA BASICS

Perfect for those new to yoga or those wanting a basic flow class. Learn the proper alignment of yoga poses, breathwork, sun salutations and focus on care and balance. Workshop environment which allows students to ask questions.

Total Body Band

This class is ALL ABOUT RESISTANCE BANDS!   No fancy tools or workout fads... just you, Brook and some various levels of resistance bands to kick this hour long sweat sesh into high gear!  

This is a strength-based practice using resistance tubes and bands to challenge your whole body while focusing on posture, proper alignment, movement and breath.  This class is sure to strengthen balance and challenge your mind and body while hitting all major muscle groups.  

Low Impact.. yet, total BODY BLAST!  In the best of ways!

Slow Flow Vinyasa

Taught by Joya, Esther, Dana, & Genevieve

Don't let the name fool you.  This class will incorporate the mental and physical toughness required in all Santosha Yoga classes, but...the overall flow will be slow, controlled and mindful.  

Slow Flow is a creative, therapeutic flow designed to bring balance to the body and mind through holding poses and exploring what each pose has to offer you.  When we slow down we relax the nervous system, we in turn focus on our breath and we become stronger physically and mentally.

This slow, deliberate practice will build a stronger body and challenge your mind like no other. Even the transitions between the poses become like a graceful dance. 

This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned yogis!

Abs & Booty

Through the use of resistance bands, resistance tubes and light dumbbells, let us help strengthen and sculpt your abs and booty! Low impact yet, total booty blast in the best ways. All levels are welcome, modifications offered.

This 45 minute class is all about strengthening your booty through the use of low impact exercises, body weight and resistance bands. Strengthen, tone and lift your backside, while improving overall body strength. All levels welcome. Modifications offered. We provide equipment unless you want to bring your own.

OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP

Taught by Jen

This 1 hour high intensity class mixes cardio, calisthenics and body weight exercises while incorporating interval and strength training. Be prepared to be pushed out of your comfort zone for an intense full body workout with various forms of burpees, plyometrics, core strength challenges and partner exercises. You will work! But, you will feel like you accomplished so much afterwards.

This EXPRESS (45 min) class incorporates multiple muscle groups to get the most bang for your buck when targeting your whole body.  This class will incorporate the use of equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands and of course body weight exercises.

YIN YOGA

Taught by Heidi & Liz

Yin Yoga is a slower, more meditative practice. It gives your body and mind space to turn inward and focus on the physical sensations of your body. Because you are holding poses for a longer period of time, yin yoga helps you strengthen and lengthen those rarely used tissues while teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and focus on your thoughts. You will experience improved flexibility, stronger focus and reduced stress and more patience.

 

Inferno hot pilates

Taught by Charity & Kristen

The best of two worlds combines for this killer class! Combining the principles of Pilates and HIIT, this class will challenge you and leave you feeling accomplished! IHP is a full body workout designed to strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. It is HIGH intensity, but LOW impact, which helps protect joints and muscles. This class will boost your metabolism, increase core strength, flexibility and circulation.

CIRCUT

Circuit training is a style of workout where you cycle through several exercises (usually five to 10) targeting different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. The result is a workout that truly works your muscular strength and endurance AND your cardiorespiratory system. Different muscle groups are usually worked sequentially, alternating with brief intervals of aerobic activity or rest. The circuit may be repeated one or more times, depending upon the length of the class.  

Instructors will use TRX bands, mini and tubed resistance bands, dumbbells, body weight and much more.  

We are offering an EXPRESS (45 min) and FULL (60 min) Class option! 

Clean tennis shoes are optional.  

Chakra Series Vinyasa Flow

In yoga practice, there are seven energy centers in the body – the root chakra, sacral chakra, solarplex chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra, and crown chakra. These seven energy centers bring balance and openness to various human traits that we have such as communication, grounding, love, and creativity. This seven-part yoga series will spend each session focusing on opening each of the chakras using yoga poses, short meditation and mudras.

This flow includes postures that help strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, keep the body flexible, alleviate many common discomforts of pregnancy, while finding focus and strength to prepare for labor, birth and beyond!
