Policies
Each new student must purchase a drop-in pass or a class package prior to their first class at Santosha
The door will be open 15 minute prior to class.
The door will be locked 5 minutes after class starts. Please be on time!
Yoga mats and Yogitoes towels are available to rent.
Santosha Yoga accepts credit/debit cards (3% service fee applies), cash, checks, venmo(@SantoshaYoga), PayPal (info@mysantoshayoga.com)
For the safety, comfort, and focus of all students, we kindly ask that children not remain in the studio lobby during class times. Santosha Yoga is designed to support a calm, distraction-free environment, and unsupervised children in the lobby can create both safety and liability concerns. Additionally, studio assistants cannot supervise children, and the responsibility for their care cannot be placed on our team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful, safe, and attentive atmosphere for every class.
NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:
All classes must be cancelled 24 hours in advance in order to avoid late cancel fees.
Penalty for monthly/yearly unlimited members - $15
Penalty for students with drop ins/class packs - lose a pass
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
We do not offer refunds on any Single Classes, Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships or Workshops.
Transfers
All Class Packages are transferable to your spouse, fiancee, boyfriend, girlfriend, partner. We love to encourage couples to practice together!
Lost & Found
Santosha Yoga is not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio.
