Rob came to yoga after a friend recommended it as a beneficial aid to running. After 23 marathons and 2 Ironman triathlons the injuries started to add up. Practicing yoga had an immediate positive effect.

His philosophy on yoga is to make sure every student has a safe, positive, and enjoyable experience. He encourages all ages and levels of ability to practice. Rob believes we are all stronger than we give ourselves credit for and yoga is a great challenge to bring that strength out in all of us.
