McKenzie Endsley

McKenzie Endsley, RYT 200

McKenzie has been teaching yoga sculpt for nearly 5 years. She has taught at a number of studios and loves the sense of community and connection yoga can bring to people. She enjoys teaching yoga sculpt because it is fun, fast-paced and builds strength. Teaching helps her feel grounded and motivated, in her physical health and beyond!

McKenzie grew up in Verona, Wisconsin and graduated from UW-Madison. She then moved to Chicago where she trained in yoga and received a masters of education at Roosevelt University in clinical mental health counseling. McKenzie is a trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapist for children at Lake County Children’s Advocacy Center. She wrote a children’s book for kids who have experienced trauma called “Reggie the Hedgehog Builds a Safety Sanctuary.” In her free time, McKenzie enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, Honey, outdoors, traveling, and reading.
