LAURA GATTI
Laura’s Yoga Mantra
“it truly is only about you and nothing else.”
Laura dove deeper into the practice of yoga during the 2020 quarantine. She regularly practiced virtually via Zoom classes and worked on her own practice every chance she had. As a result of the pandemic, Laura lost her dream job which forced her to dive deeper and try to find herself. She really believes yoga kept her from plunging into a deep depression and helped her focus on what mattered, herself and her family.
“I love the way yoga makes me feel not only physically but especially mentally. Changing careers after being in sales for 12+ years and deciding to become a yoga instructor was scary, but I want to teach people what I’ve learned and felt through this practice, and I’m always up for a new challenge!”
What does Laura love in life besides yoga? Her husband Chris and 2 cats, Stella and Phoebe. She loves traveling to see new places, a nice glass of wine and occasionally jumping out of a plane to really get her adrenaline pumping.
Laura loves the practice of yoga because it truly is only about you and nothing else. And after time, without realizing it, you see yourself pushing to new levels mentally, emotionally and physically and having fun doing it.
“You then start to see what is really important in your life.”
