Karen has always enjoyed yoga. It has helped to keep her mental and physical health in check. In 2021, Karen decided to take the leap and become a certified yoga instructor so she can share her love of yoga with her community. You can expect a fun and challenging experience with Karen when you take her class. She wants to help motivate every person to be their very best that they can be on the four corners of their mat. You will quickly see Karen’s love for various types of music when you join her and she will incorporate that in her classes. Karen can’t wait for you to come join her in a yoga class!
