“As an instructor and individual, I am extremely focused and passionate about fitness. I find it as important as the air I breathe. I decided to chase this passion in the beginning of 2019, and have been soaring ever since. I believe fitness is a gift and it flows completely natural to me. I am not one to hesitate moving towards the next goal or challenge.
My experience includes 200 hour registered yoga teacher training, pilates matwork, indoor cycling, personal training and group fitness instructor certification. I teach a wide range of classes including pilates, strength training, HIIT, boot camp and indoor cycling. I enjoy keeping my classes fun, fresh, interactive and challenging, including individuals of all ages and abilities. I find it important as an instructor to educate about proper form and alignment, while offering modifications geared towards every single person that attends my class.”
