Reiki Infused Yoga combines the principles of both practices in order to create an even deeper healing experience. The practitioner channels Reiki energy while the yoga instructor guides you through various yoga poses designed to open up blocked pathways in your body so that this energy can flow freely throughout your entire being. All while soaking in the waves of a sound healing. Each frequency aligned with each pose.
