Come prepared to connect deeply with your breath and body so that you can be of service to others more fully. Through gentle, sweet asana we will learn how to move fluidly and keep our own body happy in preparation for offering Thai Yoga Bodywork to another.

This session will include therapuetic flying techniques, partner yoga, and other self care exercises. The foundation of this session is metta: loving kindness toward yourself and all who surround you.
