Join Mary for a 45 minute all - levels yoga flow on the rooftop of the APIS, located in the heart of downtown Kenosha! This event will also consist of a 15 minute sound bowl offering by Lisa Damm, Certified Sound and Vibration Practitioner from The Institute of Light, designed to ground your body and mind. After your beautiful yoga experience, relax with a cocktail of your choice (included with the event fee). Feel free to stay and soak up the summer air and order more cocktails in this beautiful environment as the sun sets upon you.
In the event of inclement weather (where the rooftop is unable to be used), we will move the event to the lower level of the Apis.
