Embark on a transformative experience in this 90-minute yoga class led by Dana that is designed to open, balance, and align the body's seven main energy centers, or chakras. Each chakra influences a different aspect of our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Through carefully selected poses, breathwork, and guided meditation with crystal sound bowls, we'll explore and activate each chakra.
