End your 2024 on a high note with Kimo! The workshop invites newbies to advanced hand balancers. The first half of the class will be full of muscle activations and functional warm ups. The second half of the class will be with our hands on the floor and our feet to the sky!

Do not be scared! We will be utilizing/learning how to bail safely and how to spot. With that said, do know we will be working with a partner for this section of the workshop. You can bring a buddy or make a new friend!
