Liz Green

I find peace and comfort in the present moment, by connecting the mind, the body, and the breath. I hope to bring more peace into the lives of my students and for students to be able to find their own peace anytime they are seeking it (through learned relaxation practices).

I am also a master’s student in counseling psychology; I aim to integrate yoga into my future clinical work. As a student of psychology, I practice a trauma-informed approach in my teaching. My mat is my sanctuary, and I would like to provide this same feeling of safety and comfort to all of my students. My ultimate goal as a yoga instructor is to cultivate a safe, inviting space for students from all walks of life.
